I thought you guys could make better versions of some skill capes, that are harder to obtain, except add additional bonuses, such as Strength cape giving you a strength bonus, prayer cape giving prayer bonus, agility cape making you lighter, etc.

the bonuses idea is good...not sure about the harder to obtain idea though
people dont play RSPS's to be training for hours

I didn't mean much harder to obtain, but maybe a drop from certain monsters?
