when i load the web client it just freezes when i log in and i don't know why?

Reload the internet browser, sometime that happends me too.
Reload it, then try again.

sorry for the late reply, however the webclient seems to work fine but if you still have problems please try the downloadable client.

i found out that its not the webclient but my account that keeps freseing when i log in
