Upcoming Staff Position!!

okay, so we have an upcoming staff position, the position is a little different to most and will have different requirements, the position will require the player to advertise for the server on a daily basis, the full list of duties you will be required to fulfil are below, these are the requirements that must be met:

Requirements
Must have Facebook and Twitter or be willing to get it
Must have msn or skype for contacting myself and dan
Must have been playing the server long enough to know it well
Must be willing to spend an hour or so per day helping the server
Must be mature and proffesional about the work
must know how to get good printscreens and correctly crop them

knowing how to make good video's will also be a big boost!


What you will be expected to do
okay so you will be expected to do the following on a daily basis and keep on top of it at all times
Update the facebook and twitter page to keep the users knowing whats going on
add updates on the server's forums when neccesary
check on the voting sites daily and monitor the changes to inform myself and dan
create and monitor advertisement threads on forums such as rune-server
create the occasional video's for the server's youtube channel#
come up with ideas and suggestions on how we can improve the advertisement of the server.

the person who recieves this position will have admin in game and on the forums allowing them to post and control the update threads they create.

Do you think you would be the best candidate and why?:I Wouldn't say the best . . I am good at what i do. Advertising my main thing. I Would be a good candidate to help out sever.

Any other information that would make you suitable?:I am always on , constantly donating . On from morning(s) to night , Some days. && I am usually most of the day. For hours i am on . . Helping Anyone who basically ask or if i see needs my assistance. *ALSO* I would be more then happy to make a youtube account for the site or only for Admins+ To help out. && People could drop by with videos or what not.

got both, and since my pc can handle it, it should be no biggie

Must have been playing the server long enough to know it well

i think most of u guys know i know quit a lot of this server (freaking ftw)

Must be willing to spend an hour or so per day helping the server

now that i can play it (thanks to new pc again) i almost play whole the time when i got nothing to do.

Must be mature and proffesional about the work

how matur can u be? when u are looking at me, i try to be as reasonable as it gets
(alill bit childish, but i think u would be boring without that)

must know how to get good printscreens and correctly crop them

that can be a small problem, but that'll be fixed i think once i get used to it

knowing how to make good video's will also be a big boost!

vids are no problem, as long as one of u guys help me with looking what should be done to make it more perfect.

will see what we can do and i will put a proposal in a trhead for a good vid.

How long have you played rxs for?:as long as i can remember i started playing rune-x-scape when it was a lill server (so version 1)
Do you think you would be the best candidate and why?: i don't know if i'm the best candidate, i wouldn't bother with it, i don't look at myself but to pples oppinions, bcuz u are never to hard for urself even when u need it (like when i'm drunk)

Do you have fb/twitter - I have Facebook which I'm on most of the day as Chris knows but Twitter I don't know how to use so might need to be taught how to use it. On my Facebook account I have possibly 50-60 people that could possibly join the server as they play Runescape and might want a try at a private server.

Have you ever done this before - Never. But that doesn't mean that I can't be good at it.

How long have you played rxs for? - To be truthfully honest I don't really know the exact date but the same time as Berathest ... Which we all know is a very long time.

Do you think you would be the best candidate and why? - I think I would be a good candidate because I have experience in making video's with ease, I'm on Facebook everyday for about 5 hours which is way too long I know but I can easily update the R-X-S page. With being on the laptop for about 5 hours daily that can give me the chance to also check the forums every now and then. I have both Chris and Dan on MSN, so I can easily contact you 2.

Any other information that would make you suitable? - It won't just be me working on the video's, but my girlfriend as well because she makes amazing animations ... so creating an amazing video won't be difficult Everyone knows who I am, everyone has seen me on, everyone has seen me mess about with players and cause funny conversations , not every player can do that on a daily basis .

i started back before the spawn on v1, so i know the server very well.

i know how to make videos and adding effects to the vidios so that they look polished and know how to use CAD and diffrent photograpic editing softwere these skills will allow me to make diffrent banners and pictures for the advitisment of the server.

i never get angry at people unless they keep on anoying me, i am also mature and do not flame people ingame.

Have you ever done this before: i have never done this before. but I have good experiences with the server.


How long have you played rxs for?: uhm.. I was the third or fourth player that join tthe server. staff not included.


Do you think you would be the best candidate and why?: I have the server seen grow, and I have also learned a lot. and how to help players on the good way. and I try 2 times a day, to vote on `RXS` I am therefore a laptop and a computer. I play this server over four months. and i try to help so much as possible. but that is not the only thing you should to know. you need to know what the penalties keep, and when to apply them. I have therefore helped to deal with people who break the rules. I've deployed to the server to help. and I went to step forward. i know what admin content. and what people, expected of you.
and respectfully deal with it there. and help when they need it, and so I help players with: up commoing updates, major problems, slove glichets/bugs, and try to approach people, that break the rules. to make the server better.

some words, I'm always ready to help the server. and i know how to take screenshots.

I don't know. I don't think I am the best candidate because there are many other's applying for this, I got a bad past.

Have you ever done this before: jackson had a admin account on pwnxile and i used to play it ( i have banned and muted so I know when to ban/mute at the right time) sometimes so, u can say I've done this before.

How long have you played rxs for?: I've played it the first day it was up ( think i was 4th person on sever staff included) but i got banned after like 3 weeks but then i came back like 1 month later on v1

Do you think you would be the best candidate and why?: i don't think I'm the best cause a lot more people are better than me but the things im good at and do a lot are helping people in game, I'm on a lot, and i try to do as much as possible in my ability to help the sever

Any other information that would make you suitable?: i advertise every time i get a chance and i vote about everyday ( except for a couple of times cause i was a little busy with my school stuff :\)
