i think that wud be nice except theres an issue when people start spamming the chatbox to adv other servers or becuse theyre mad/muted/etc.

There would be a masive spam, and the ::mute "user" would be pointless, ::mute "user" doesnt have any effect on the ::yell.

Tbh i'd say yes to non donators who've played here (had a registered account) for 3 months. By then they'll have got to know the rules, and are serious about playing here.
If everyone had it from the off then that means players can come in and spam everyone online about their server which would make us lose players.

sorry but i do not support i reckon the ::yell should be for donators only and like other people say other players from different servers would come in and spam the yell which would be very annoying! sorry |
