When we get a good drop sometimes we'd like to show off. I myself have had quite a few (i've been killing things for ages with no luck so it's quite nice to have a place to show off your drops)
It would be great if we could have a section on the rune-x-scape forum > General for "achievements" where you can show off pking and drop achievements!
Also in game, we get a message in the chat like "xx2983 has killed the corporeal beast" yet if they get lets say, an arcane sigil, noone sees it! So my other ingame suggestion would be for big drops like, dragon plate, draconic visage or other boss items it would say "xxx123 has killed Mithril dragon and recieved a draconic visage!"
It might be impossible i don't know, but that's my suggestion(s).
