Every time I load up the webclient OR download client I get an "error connecting to server" message where normally there would be the red loading bar
anyone having the same issues/suggestions?

Re-download the client, since new server is up.

well ive gotten on the webclient, but half the screen is cut off hence the webclient screen not being big enough, and the download client doesnt load past connecting to update server at the title screen

oke berathest.
i had the same problem on me laptop.
1.remove ALL rune-x-scape maps/file's!
2.save it on a other disk not c;/!
3.re-download
4.have fun ;D
