Honestly, this was a pointless post.
Fishing makes a very good profit, without cooking.
Sell Yews for 500 each, each inventory is 14k.
Kill lower level monsters, like minotaurs and cockroaches.

Slaying is awesome money, not to mention increased drop rate for rare/valuable items
Also farming herbs is great profits as well. Make sure you have magic secateurs and use super compost for increased yield
