Why are you applying to be staff:
I have been playing Rune-X-Scape for several months, and I have seen the development of the server. I have become extremely familiar with the server, the players, and the staff during this time. This server has come an extremely long way from back when there were 5-6 active players. Staff members such as Kay and Sebbe have helped the server grow during those times, and I would also like to recieve an opportunity to do the same for the server. Now, there are 20-30 or more active players on WEEKDAYS, which is a remarkable thing. I am applying to become staff so that I can continue to help the growth and development of the server. With the new updates going on, staff help is required to help new people, fix server problems, and make the server better.
Why you deserve to be staff:
There are several reasons why I deserve to be an administrator. For one thing, I have helped a countless amount of players. Being here as long as I have, I have helped and introduced aspects of Rune-X-Scape to some of the most well known and highly ranked players on the server. Some of these people include Rose, Hiih(mod), as well as several more. When the server had just started out, I helped Chris find item glitches as well as glitches in general, which improved the server, and therefore, the growth of the server since then. I will do the same when the transition to the new updated server occurs, as there is sure to be many glitches that will cause confusing among players. I have handed in duped items, and I have always been completely honest with players and staff. I have never been banned, muted, or caused any problems while I have been in Rune-X-Scape. I know the owners and staff very well, and have never disrespected or bothered them to my knowledge. I am one of the senior members, and I am active on the forums and in-game. I play this server extremely often, and therefore, I will be able to help out more players for a long period of time each day. I also fullfill all of the administrator tasks and requirements listed in sebbe's application thread. I have never broken any server rules, I have not nor will I get tired of helping people, I have never begged for this rank, I listen and respect the owners and staff, and I know how and when to use powers fairly, which I will explain more about in the next section. In summation, I am one of the most loyal players on this server. When I first arrived at the server, I was never given anything but help and I worked to become the most experienced player on the server. In the transition to v2, when most people quit because of item losses, I stuck around the server, and I will be one of the very few players that have been on the server for v1, v2, and the upcoming summoning update, v3.
What your planning on doing if you get a staff position:
If I receive a staff position, I plan to help old players with the new updates, help new players in general, fairly inform players of rules, as well as appropriately punish rule-breaking players in order to make the server more peaceful, and better in all areas. In the punishment area, I have been on this server long enough to see several situations that would require mutes, bans, ipmutes, and ipbans, and I believe I have observed and noticed enough about these situations that I could make an educated decision in-game if one of these situations were to occur. For example, several duping issues occured on the server right before the spawn update, which caused tons of problems for the economy of the server. By observing what punishments were given and what requirements and proof are necessary for each specific punishment, I have learned alot about the responsibilities that are crucial for an administrator to understand in these situations. I have also took a very close look at several of the threads in the "Report Rule Breaker" section as well as the "Appeal Punishment" section to get a better understanding of ingame punishments. I will also make guides and tutorials, such as my price and slayer guide, for the new server, to help players who may not be online when I am. I recieved several messages and pm's ingame saying that the guides I have made were a big help to them. Usually, these players are new, and have absolutely no knowledge of the server. New players are what keep the server alive and growing, and confusing and overwhelming new players with the environment of a new server may cause a drop in new players, as well as players that may be confused in the server's upcoming update. As a member of the staff, I will provide all players with individual help. I am not angered or annoyed easily, (as mentioned i have never been muted or ipmuted on the account of flaming/disrespect/etc. toward any staff member or player) and therefore will not get angry or annoyed with the amount of player issues/questions I will solve/answer. Also, there seems to be no active admins on in my time zone(US). I am on every day for quite a bit of time.
