As you will have noticed, i today read through a lot of applications and am rather dissapointed in them not a single one of the applications i read show effort and enthusiasm to put in the work to being a staff member!
how can you ever hope to put in the effort required to be a staff member if you cant even write a high quality application!! im not expecting applications that take 2 mins to write and are thought of on the spot!
when you apply i expect you to put effort into the application! and if you are going to apply at least build a strong reputation for yourself as a deserving and helpful player
i hope to see high quality applications posted from now on and not what comes to mind at the last second.. put some thought into it first
when i applied to be an admin on another server before i spent over an hour writing my application it was at least 500+ words long so i expect the same from you guys

okay we have had a few better applications however none have as of yet stood out, there has been more thought put into some of the applications which is good however i havent seen anyone put enough thought, effort or dedication into the application!
come on guys if your gonna post something that you barely thought about then why even bother posting it you all know that administrator is a tough position to earn and yet only put half effort into it, if that!!
i dont want to see more 2 min applications, not even 10, 15 or 20min applications.. before you go posting an application i want you to think about it.. plan it out and put all your effort into it..
